Deckhand / Divemaster

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Deckhand / Divemaster to join a professional yacht programme. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with 1-2 years of yachting experience, or someone who has completed an exceptionally busy dual season and is looking to continue progressing within the industry.
Requirements
- Qualified Divemaster certification.
- 1-2 years of yachting experience, or equivalent experience gained during a busy first season.
- Navigational Watch Rating Certificate (NWRC) preferred.
- Candidates without an NWRC should have sufficient sea time and supporting testimonials to be close to obtaining the qualification.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- An interest or background in fishing would be highly advantageous.
- Ideally B1B2 in hand.
Package
- €3,500 per month.
- 3:1 rotation.
