About the Role

MYS Superyacht Crew is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper / Coordinator to join a private residence in Vaucluse, Sydney. Working closely with the House Manager, you will oversee the presentation and day-to-day housekeeping operations of the residence, while providing support as the House Manager's second-in-command.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the residence to an impeccable standard
- Overseeing and coordinating daily housekeeping operations
- Managing household inventories, supplies and linen
- High-end detailing and presentation of interior spaces
- Coordinating room turnovers and wardrobe management
- Preparing and packing for weekend and overseas trips
- Assisting with errands and personal requests
- Providing reliable support to the House Manager as 2IC
- Occasionally assisting with private residence events
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous housekeeping experience in a UHNW private residence or aboard a superyacht
- Exceptional attention to detail and presentation
- Experience working within a high-end private household environment
- A discreet, professional and reliable approach
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- An effective and confident management style
- Flexible and willing to assist with additional duties as required
- Australian working rights
- Own accommodation ashore
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housekeeper looking to step into a more senior coordination role within a prestigious private residence.
With the family generally away on weekends and no formal evening service required, the position offers a predominantly daytime, Monday-to-Friday schedule.
