We are seeking a Bosun/OOW to join a private/charter motor yacht. The cessel typically operates a dual-season Med/Caribbean program, however, the vessel is currently in shipyard until April.
The role:
• Leading the Deck team and supporting the day-to-day running of the exterior
• Taking a hands-on approach to maintenance and setting a strong example for the team
• Shipyard period in Europe until April, followed by the usual dual-season Med/Caribbean program
• Start date: Mid-November, with some flexibility
What we’re looking for:
• OOW qualified or with an oral exam date booked before April 2027
• Previous Bosun experience preferred
• Strong Lead Deckhand candidates ready to step up will be considered
• Excellent maintenance skills, particularly painting and varnishing
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to train and develop junior crew
• Proactive, hands-on and well organised
• Open to male and female candidates
What’s on offer:
• Salary: DOE (paid in Euros)
