- Qualification required: OOW
- Salary: DOE
- Contract type: Rotational
The Yacht

- Size: 70M+

The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an OOW/Bosun to join a 70m+ private yacht with an incredible crew! This is a great opportunity to join a happy, well-run boat where the team supports one another.
The role is still very much deck-based, at around 70-80% of your time, with involvement in navigation watches. Newly qualified OOWs are very welcome to apply. However, proven Bosun experience on a 60-100m vessel is essential. If you're an experienced Bosun ready to take the next step onto the bridge, this is the perfect position to build your watchkeeping experience while staying hands-on with the deck team you love leading.
The package is excellent: a 2:2 rotation, all flights included, good medical cover, an annual course allowance and a discretionary annual bonus.
We're looking for someone who is adaptable, professional and proactive, and who wants to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team. If you take pride in your work and want to join a crew that genuinely enjoys working together, we'd love to hear from you.
Further details about the yacht's onboarding arrangements will be shared during the interview process.
- Qualification: OOW
- Required Visa: B1/B2 Visa
- Due to Cabin arrangements: Male
