An excellent opportunity for a well-rounded chef to join a 100m+ private yacht with an established, collaborative galley team and strong focus on culinary training and development.
The role:
• Work within an established team of 6+ chefs, supporting guest dining and catering for 60+ crew
• Prepare a broad range of international cuisines, with opportunities to develop and use your specialist skills
• Maintain high standards of organisation and cleanliness
• Start will be by mid-November
What we’re looking for:
• Strong restaurant, hotel or large-yacht experience
• Solid culinary foundations and an interest in international cuisines, with a particular focus on Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Mediterranean and Peruvian
• Experience in high-volume catering is advantageous
• A hardworking, humble and reliable team player who takes direction well
What’s on offer:
• €5,500 per month
• 2:1 rotation
• Extensive winter training program, including specialist cuisine development that will take you travelling around the globe!
