60m+ busy private/charter MY seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join ASAP. This is an opportunity for a confident interior professional with strong experience in busy charter operations.
The role:
• Lead and manage the interior team
• Oversee day-to-day interior operations
• Maintain high standards of guest service and presentation
• Support a busy private/charter program
What we're looking for:
• Minimum 5+ years’ yachting experience
• Ideally 1+ years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on a busy charter vessel
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Confident managing a busy interior and guest-facing program
• B1/B2 visa preferred
• All standard yachting certifications
What's on offer:
• Salary DOE
• 45 days leave per year
• Start date: ASAP
