Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chief Steward or experienced 2nd Steward ready to step up into a rotational Chief Steward for 50m private/charter motor yacht (due to existing shared crew accommodation arrangements, this position requires a MALE candidate)

Chief Steward role

50m private/charter motor yacht with potential for dual-season operation.

Strong luxury service standards, ideally with charter experience.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills..

Positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to grow.

Working within an established interior team.

Maintaining exceptional standards of guest service, housekeeping and presentation.

Supporting the daily management and organization of the interior department.

Delivering discreet, personalized service to owners and charter guests.

Assisting with charter preparations, guest itineraries and efficient turnarounds.

Managing provisioning, inventories, stock control, laundry and wardrobe care.

Supporting and mentoring junior interior crew.

Working closely with the galley and deck teams to ensure seamless operations.

Contract: Permanent/Rotational

Experience: Previous senior role in interior, shoreside high end hospitality beneficial

Salary: TBD

Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, WSET

Itinerary: TBC
