Chief Steward(ess)

Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 70m motor yacht.

This is a great opportunity for a calm and approachable leader who fosters a supportive, team-focused environment and contributes to a strong, positive on-board culture.

This role is open to 2 nd

Steward(ess) looking to step up but MUST have extensive experience on large yachts over 75m.

Requirements:

• STCW, ENG 1, FH level 2 essential and up to date
• Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) on similar sized or larger vessels
• Confident across all areas of the interior, including service, housekeeping, wine knowledge and bartending with first class front of house skills
• Extensive charter experience required on yachts over 60m.
• Competent in interior administration, including provisioning, inventory, and daily team coordination including; uniform, spa & onboard events.
• Comfortable handling guest requests, making reservations, and managing bookings with professionalism and attention to detail
• A great leader who supports junior crew (team of 6) and maintains high standards across all interior operations
• B1/B2 & Schengen visas required

Start date: 25 November

Location: Antigua

Salary: EUR 8000

Leave: 90 days

Vessel Program and itinerary: Charter - Busy med summer season & Caribbean winter season.
