Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess for a 90m+ private yacht currently in Italy. Caribbean cruising this winter and Mediterranean in the summer 2027.

Package :

Rotation : 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off

Salary : TBC/DOE

Requirements :

• We are looking for a natural leader and a true professional - someone positive and proactive.
• Someone who is great at getting the best out of her team and is happy to get involved in both service and housekeeping.
• This role is open to experienced Chief Stews on vessels 65m+.
• Someone genuinely confident in themselves and their capabilities.
• Previous experience with hands-on owners and lots of guest liaison.
• Experience working on large events is preferable.
• Experience in logistics, inventories, provisioning, scheduling.
• Must have a B1/B2 and a Schengen visa in hand.
