The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a personable, organised and confident Chief Stewardess to join a 70M+ private and charter yacht on a 2:2 rotation. The successful candidate will rotate with a well-established Chief Stewardess who has been on board for four years, so the ability to match her energy and maintain a consistent standard across both rotations is key.
The yacht will be based in Spain over the winter, with a number of guest trips that are more hotel-style service than cruising, followed by a shipyard period in Cartagena. This offers plenty of time to settle in, get to know the team and learn the yacht's systems before the next busy season.
The ideal candidate will be kind, approachable and a natural people manager, able to lead and support the interior team with confidence while delivering an exceptional, hands-on guest experience. This is a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to juggle multiple priorities calmly and keep standards high under pressure.
The role is admin heavy, so strong computer skills are essential, along with experience in budgeting, inventory and interior management systems. Charter experience is highly desirable.
