An excellent opportunity for a Crew Chef to join a 100m+ MY with an established charter program. This is a great chance to get in with a high-profile project with a wonderful senior team.
The role:
• Responsible for cooking high-quality crew food for 35+ crew
• Assist with guest food when required
• Established private/charter program with a good split between both usages
• Charters already booked for the winter
• Dual-season itinerary
• Join a collaborative and supportive team onboard
• Start ideally mid November in the US
What we’re looking for:
• Previous Crew Chef experience on a 80m+ yacht
• Must be comfortable cooking for 35+ crew
• Strong crew food knowledge with the ability to assist on the guest side
• Ideally you will have a restaurant background and/or culinary training
• Professional, reliable and team-focused approach
• B1/B2 visa MUST be in hand — please do not apply without this, as you will not be considered
What’s on offer:
• €6,000 per month
• Equal share of tips
• 90 days leave
