We are looking for a Deckhand to join a 60m+ world-cruising private MY operating an exploration-style program. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, adventurous candidate to join a well-managed vessel with exciting cruising destinations, supportive owners, and a strong work-life balance.
The role:
• Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
• Strong involvement in tender driving, watersports, and exploration-based activities.
• Exploration-style private yacht with an active and adventurous operational profile.
• Crossing from the Med to the Caribbean in November.
• Start date: around the 15th November.
What we’re looking for:
• Yachtmaster Offshore minimum.
• Minimum 1 year of experience on similar-sized yachts.
• Excellent tender driving skills and solid deck knowledge.
• Strong waterman background highly preferred.
• Additional experience in spearfishing, freediving, scuba diving, or surfing highly advantageous.
• Experience on exploration or support-style yachts beneficial.
• B1/B2 visa required.
• Motivated, adaptable, and keen to be part of an active world-cruising program.

What’s on offer:
• Salary: DOE.
• Leave: 98 days per year (4:1 rotation plus an additional month at a suitable time for the vessel).
