Role Overview
Yacht Size: 30m M/Y Start Date: 3-4 weeks Salary: €2,500 for green candidates - €3,500 for experienced candidates Leave: 30 Days leave & All evenings and weekends off Location: SOF

- Experienced captain who wants to invest time in the right candidate and is willing to train green crew
- Generous owners who look after the crew well, with good stability and longevity across all departments

- Training budget to be discussed after probation period
Role Requirements
- Yachtmaster or Yacht rating are beneficial but not essential
- Bubbly personality and team player mindset
- Experienced candidates with 1-2 seasons of experience are preferred. However, green crew with a hands-on background are also considered
