Job description
A 30m charter yacht is seeking to complete its crew with a versatile and capable female preferred for cabin arrangement, team member who combines deckhand and stewardess duties with mechanical aptitude and a valid driving license.
This is a true all-rounder role for a candidate who enjoys variety, is happy to help across departments as needed, and is comfortable moving fluidly between guest service, exterior deck work, technical support, and land-based transportation. Crew of five, including the all-rounder.
Responsibilities
- Deck duties: line handling, fendering, general exterior maintenance, and support during arrivals/departures
- Interior/stewardess duties: cabin service, guest hospitality, and support during charter turnovers as needed. There are two stewardess onboard.
- Guest transportation ashore: driving guests to/from the vessel and local destinations alongside the First Officer
- Basic to intermediate mechanical support: assisting the engineer with routine checks, troubleshooting, and general technical upkeep
- Flexible support across all departments as required, contributing to a smooth, professional, and cohesive crew dynamic
Requirements

Prior yacht or maritime experience , ideally combining interior and exterior duties
- Valid driving license required
- Basic mechanical or engineering aptitude — training or hobbyist experience welcome
- Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced charter environment
- True all-rounder, happy to help wherever needed across the crew
- Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude and strong guest-facing manners

Salary
Between AED 120,000 et 168,000, per year, depending on candidate's profile
