The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a Pilates Stewardess to join a 55M+ dual-season private yacht with a busy season ahead, including a large party in December.
Pilates experience is essential for this role, as the successful candidate will deliver sessions for the owners and guests on board. Previous yachting experience is not required, as the interior team will provide full training in stewardess duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Pilates instructor looking to start a career in yachting, or for a stewardess with a strong Pilates background who wants to put their skills to use.
Alongside teaching Pilates, you will be exposed to all areas of the interior, including service, housekeeping and laundry, giving you a well-rounded foundation and excellent opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will be smart, hardworking and well presented, with a bubbly, friendly personality and no big ego.
We are looking for someone confident in their abilities, eager to learn, and a true team player who genuinely wants to be there.
