We are seeking an experienced and creative Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a busy 80m private vessel and lead an interior team of 8. The owners genuinely love using their yacht and are looking for someone who takes real pride in hosting and creating exceptional, personalised experiences onboard.
The role:
- Start date: flexible
- Rotation: 2:2
- Lead and manage an interior team of 8
- Busy dual-season program across the Med and Caribbean
- Lots of guest use, including Christmas and New Year in the Caribbean
- Bring a charter-style approach to private trips, with personalised menus, tablescapes, florals, décor and thoughtful guest touches
- Lovely owners who genuinely enjoy getting to know their crew.
- Manage and maintain an extensive wine collection, ensuring correct storage, handling and service.
- European yard period planned for early 2027
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 7 years’ yachting experience
- At least 2–3 years as Chief Stewardess on busy 65m+ vessels
- Strong private and charter experience
- Strong wine knowledge, ideally with WSET L2
- Creative and genuinely passionate about hosting and creating memorable guest experiences
- Calm, positive and solutions-focused, with a warm and engaging personality
- Strong leader who communicates well and builds a happy, cohesive interior team
- Highly involved and able to build an excellent working relationship with the owners both onboard and off
- B1/B2 visa essential
