An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a newly launched private/charter yacht, operating a dual-season program moving forwards. Working within a galley team of three, this role offers a collaborative environment with a strong focus on both crew and guest food.
The role:
• Support with both crew and guest food - you will work closely with the wider team and mentor the more junior chef.
• Working closely with the Head Chef in order to run a high-standard, professional galley
• Start date: December, ideally you will have your B1B2 in hand
What we’re looking for:
• Previous Sous Chef experience on a similar-sized yacht
• Confident cooking for 20+ crew, with a collaborative and team-focused approach
• You will ideally have a restaurant background and formal culinary training
• Adaptable and able to work within a busy galley environment
