An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a dual season 90m+ motor yacht for the upcoming winter season. This role will suit a chef with a restaurant background and existing experience on a similar sized vessel.
The role:
• Prepare high-quality crew and guest food alongside the Head Chef
• Work within a collaborative galley team to deliver excellent culinary standards.
• Start date: ideally by the end of September
What we’re looking for:
• Formal culinary training and strong restaurant experience
• Someone who will use their initiative when working solo, with an organised approach and no ego.
• Strong standards and a genuine interest in growing as a chef. With a training package on offer, this is a great role for someone who wants to develop their skills!
• Ideally 18+ months’ experience on 60m+ yachts
• Must have B1B2 in hand - please do not apply without it
What’s on offer:
• Salary: DOE but paid in €
• 2:2 rotation
