Looking for a temporary Sous Chef for a 70m private motor yacht
Temporary Sous Chef Position
70m private motor yacht
Culinary Training required
Cooking for 15+ crew.
You will be mainly in charge of daily crew menus, stock rotation.
Experienced in the delivering good healthy food.
Outgoing, hardworking with attention to detail.
Organized in the workplace with high cleanliness standards in the galley and stores.
Contract: Temporary 1 month
Experience: 6 months +
Salary: DOE
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene level 2, Culinary Training
Itinerary: Med (Summer) / Italy (Winter)
