An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join an 80m private yacht, freshly launched this summer from a highly reputable yard. With an excellent galley setup, a collaborative Head Chef, and a busy first season ahead, this is a fantastic role for a chef looking to grow within a well-structured new build program.
The role:
• Supporting the Head Chef with both crew and guest food preparation
• Assisting with the day-to-day management and organisation of the galley
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, consistency, and presentation
• Working within a newly launched private program with a busy inaugural season ahead
• Single-season operation with a planned yard period this winter
• Start date: ASAP, ideally by the 19th of September
What we’re looking for:
• Existing experience on 80m+ yachts preferred
• Strong restaurant background and formal culinary training welcomed
• Ability to integrate quickly and thrive in a busy operational environment
• Organised, proactive, and eager to continue developing
• Positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively - that said, we're also looking for someone who can work independently as there will be time at the start of the yard where you will be solo
