Job Description

Vessel Details:

• A 65m+ private and charter motor yacht is currently recruiting for a Spa Stewardess to join the vessel in the Caribbean on a permanent basis (with 90 days leave per year).

• The yacht operates an established dual-season programme between the Mediterranean and Caribbean, offering a varied cruising itinerary alongside a generous 90 days of annual leave.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a Stewardess with professional spa and wellness experience looking to combine specialist skills with a long-term career onboard a well-established yacht.

Position Overview:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of professional spa and wellness treatments to owners and charter guests, such as massages and beautician (manicures & pedicures) treatments.

• Alongside spa responsibilities, the position will also involve general Stewardess duties within the housekeeping department, particularly during busy private and charter trips.

• The yacht is looking for someone who is confident delivering treatments to a high standard, while remaining flexible and happy to contribute across the interior department when required.

• This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys the balance of hands-on spa treatments and traditional interior responsibilities, and who works well within an established, professional team.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 2 year’s previous yachting experience, ideally onboard yachts between approximately 50m to 80m.

• Recognised spa or beauty therapy qualifications are required, alongside practical experience delivering professional treatments.

• Previous charter experience would be advantageous, alongside a good understanding of housekeeping.

• Candidates should be professional, personable and well presented, with excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• A valid B1/B2 visa is required, and a Schengen visa/European passport is advantageous.

• Salary: Competitive salary on offer.

• Annual leave: 90 days.

• Start date: 1st of December in the Caribbean.
