The Candidate Specification
We are recruiting for an experienced Stewardess to join a busy 65M private and charter motor yacht operating a dual-season programme. Joining an interior team of five, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced charter environment and wants to be part of a fun, social and hardworking crew.
The role rotates between laundry, housekeeping and guest service, so we are looking for someone who is confident across all areas of the interior. You should be just as comfortable maintaining high standards in housekeeping and laundry as you are delivering late-night charter service. With a busy programme and plenty of repeat charter clients, the ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail under pressure is essential.
The ideal candidate will have between one and three years of yachting experience, ideally gained on yachts of 50M+. Good longevity would be advantageous, alongside a strong work ethic and positive, team-focused attitude. We are looking for someone who is social, enjoys getting involved with the wider crew and can bring good energy while still working hard when the pace picks up.
The yacht has an exciting programme ahead, including Barcelona and the Antigua Yacht Show before heading into a booked Caribbean charter season. This will be followed by a busy Mediterranean 2027 season, with numerous charters already confirmed. The package includes full share of charter tips, a bonus scheme, training allowance, 60 days leave and full medical cover.
- Required experience: 1-3 years' yachting experience, ideally on 50M+ yachts
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1
- Required Visa: B1/B2 preferred for Caribbean programme
- Due to Cabin arrangements: Female
