Job Description

Vessel Details:

• A 47m private and charter motor yacht is currently recruiting for a Third Stewardess to join the vessel ASAP (or by the 1st of November) in West Palm Beach!

• The position has become available following the current Third Stewardess’s promotion to Second Stewardess, with an established interior team of three and a good crew already onboard.

• The yacht is currently based in the United States, with potential plans to return to the Mediterranean for the summer season next year.

Position Overview:

• The Third Stewardess will work closely with the Chief and Second Stewardess, supporting the daily operation of the interior across both private owner trips and charters.

• During charters, the position will be predominantly focused on housekeeping and laundry, alongside assisting with breakfast and lunch service, table settings, decorations and beach setups when required.

• Outside of guest trips, the successful candidate will rotate through the wider interior department, assisting with inventories, general interior maintenance and ensuring the yacht remains well presented and prepared for upcoming trips.

• With the yacht entering a busy period, the team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take initiative and contribute positively from the outset.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 1 – 2 seasons of previous yachting experience, with charter experience particularly advantageous.

• A strong understanding of housekeeping and laundry is important, alongside a willingness to assist with service and other interior responsibilities when required.

• You’ll need to be proactive, organised and positive, with a good work ethic and the ability to work comfortably within a small, established interior team.

• You must hold a valid B1/B2 visa in hand and a Schengen visa is advantageous.

• Non-smokers only. Discreet tattoos considered.

• Competitive Salary on offer (in USD) with a permanent contract on offer.

• Start date: ASAP, ideally by the 1st of November.
