31m M/Y - Rotational Engineer - Australia - Private
YACHT INFORMATION
A 31m private motor yacht is seeking an experienced and confident Engineer to join the team on a rotational contract, commencing in October 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer seeking a long-term position aboard a private vessel cruising the East Coast of Australia.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, hands-on team player who demonstrates:

Strong engineering knowledge, confidence and technical skills.

A genuine interest in securing a long-term position.

The ability to work closely alongside the Captain, who is also a qualified Engineer.

A strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

The ability to work harmoniously with the crew and maintain the vessel to a high standard.

Experience and confidence in maintaining reliable operations while cruising in remote areas.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Y4 Engineer qualification, AMSA MED 1 or higher.
